Computerized Single Needle Quilting Machine (DZH-25B)
* Industrial computer Controlled
* Head (X direction) and quilting frame (Y direction), driven by imported servo motor or domestic step motor.
* The head will automatically go to the rethread position by the side of the machine in case of the thread breaks. After rethread, the head can go back to where the thread broke and return further several stitches along original path, then start sewing again.
* Mouse is used for pattern design and operations
* A repeat stitch trace is done automatically at the beginning and the end of quilting.
* The machine go back to the start position When quilting is over.
* Needle speed adjustable between 500- 2000 RPM
* Space between needles for lock stitch 2- 6mm adjustable
* The head and the quilt frame can move forward or back in accordance with the pattern without needle moving
* With designing system for quick and easy in editing patterns
* 200 patterns can be stored
* Applications: Mattress, bedspread, quilt, curtain, textile, etc
